Vijay Deverakonda is just pumping fists for a fight, as a new trend emerged on social media on Friday and Saturday. He tweeted that he was ready to fight as the hashtag #boycottLiger trended on Twitter. Vijay’s upcoming film is Liger.
He sent out a cryptic Telugu tweet that read, “When we are doing as per dharma no need to care about others, We’ll fight back 🔥”
Vijay recently tweeted in support of Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, stating that he doesn’t understand the boycott calls.
A section of Twitter is upset with his remark and wants Liger to be boycotted as well. According to one user, “Dear Vijay, You don’t know why people to boycott. Because Bollywood always disrespects our culture and the Bollywood actor always give statements which can hurt people. A person calls himself star because of people. #BoycottLigerMovie” (sic)
