MUMBAI: Deepika Padukone was one of the presenters at the 95th Academy Awards, and she introduced the performance of the Oscar-winning song ‘Naatu Naatu’ (from SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’) at the Oscars.
The actresses graceful presence was lauded by none other that Kangana Ranaut. Taking to Twitter, Kangana Ranaut praised Deepika and wrote, “How beautiful @deepikapadukone looks, not easy to stand there holding entire nation together, carrying its image, reputation on those delicate shoulders and speaking so graciously and confidently. Deepika stands tall as a testimony to the fact that Indian women are the best.”
This post by Kangana took everyone by surprise as she had previously slammed Deepika on social media.
Deepika Padukone stunned in an all-black gown which she donned for the prestigious night. On the work front, her recent release Pathaan is receiving accolades. She will next be seen in Project K and The Intern remake.
