The actor will next be seen in ‘Shamshera,’ a historical action film starring Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. This is Ranbir’s first film since the release of Sanju in 2018. It’s one of the most eagerly anticipated films of the year, and now a leaked poster of the picture is making the rounds on the internet, and fans are losing their minds.

Ranbir Kapoor is seen in a gruff avatar with long hair and a beard in the leaked poster for Shamshera. While little is known about the plot of the film, the poster states, “Karam Se Dacait, Dharam Se Azaad”The film’s first look depicts the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil star in a new avatar, directed by Karan Malhotra. issued an official statement about Ranbir’s leaked look and said, “We have been monitoring this situation since morning. There has been a leak and it’s quite unfortunate. Ranbir is coming back to the big screen after 4 years and we wanted to guard Ranbir’s look till people see the trailer because we were aware that it would be the biggest talking point. We will now need to rejig our entire plan in the run up to the trailer launch. We should have more updates to share in the next two days.”

The story is set in the 1800s in India’s heartland, and it takes place in the fictional city of Kaza. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on July 22nd.
