Actor Vaishali Takkar who appeared in several TV shows was found dead at her house in Indore. She had committed suicide and a note along with the dead body was recovered.
She was popularly known for her stint in the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai. She stayed in the role of Sanjana from 2015-2016.
The actress was active on social media. She was even engaged to a Kenya-based surgeon Abhinandan Singh. Reportedly, things turned bitter between the two later.
Reacting to the news of her demise, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-star Nidhi Uttam said, “I am deeply saddened & in great shock by this news! Vaishali was full of life & super talented girl! Still can’t believe this news! May god give strength to her family in this painful time.”
On the professional front, she has been a part of some popular shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Super Sisters, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara, and Rakshabandhan… Rasal Apne Bhai Ki Dhal, Manmohini 2 among others.
May Vaishali’s departed soul rest in peace.
