Naga Chaitanya revealed that he has purposefully avoided Hindi movies for a long time, as he considered his Hindi to be mediocre

Mumbai: Naga Chaitanya, who will make his debut with Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, confessed that he had purposely avoided Hindi movies for a long time.

Chaitanya is a well-known and successful Tollywood actor. His popularity is strong and well-established because he is a member of the legendary Akkineni family. After eleven years in the profession, the actor is set to make his Bollywood debut in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha,’ with Aamir Khan.

When asked about his Bollywood offers, Naga Chaitanya stated that he had previously been approached for various Hindi films, which he had turned down.

The ‘Majili’ actor claimed that he purposely avoided Hindi films for a long time since he thought his Hindi to be weak. The actor continued, “I was raised in Chennai before moving to Hyderabad. As a result, my Hindi needs improvement. I have been sort of insecure about that for a very long time. That’s the reason why I have shied away sometimes from Hindi films when I have gotten an offer.”

“In fact, when I told people that my Hindi is very ‘South Indian’, people have thought twice to be honest”, Naga Chaitanya stated.

Naga Chaitanya, who spoke candidly with the media, was also questioned about relationship rumours that surfaced following his divorce from Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

“Initially, these kinds of things bothered me, but I am at a different place now. I always believe that a piece of news always replaces another. I don’t take these rumours to mind”, Naga Chaitanya said.

Several months after his divorce from Samantha, Naga Chaitanya was recently associated with ‘Major’ actress Sobhita Dhulipala, which drew everyone’s notice.

Naga Chaitanya was recently seen in ‘Thank You,’ and will next be featured in a web series called ‘Dootha.’
