Janvi Kapoor on her equation with Ishaan Khatter: Everytime we meet, there’s a warmth

Janhvi Kapoor is presently promoting her forthcoming flick, Good Luck Jerry. The actress has gone above and above to ensure that her film is seen by as many people as possible. In the midst of this, Janhvi was recently questioned about her rumoured ex-boyfriend Ishaan Khatter, with whom she made her Bollywood debut in Dhadak. When the film was being shot, the two were said to be dating. In a recent interview, Janhvi revealed if she was still in contact with Ishaan and what their life equation is.

Janhvi was questioned if she was still in contact with Ishaan four years after Dhadak’s release in an interview. In response, the actress stated that they are both quite busy in their life and don’t communicate as much as they used to. Janhvi did, however, go on to say that she had lately texted him. Janhvi stated, “We’re (Janhvi and Ishaan) so busy now in our own lives. But every time we meet, there’s a warmth. In fact, ‘Rangisari’, the song from JugJugg Jeeyo, was supposed to be in Dhadak. Every time we’d shoot montages for Dhadak, we’d play that song. So, when it came out, both of us kind of felt like it was our song. We texted each other, and he was like, ‘Did you see it?’ and I was like, ‘Yeah, it felt kind of funny.'”

Ishaan and Janhvi were seen enjoying time together at Karan Johar’s star-studded birthday event. A snapshot of Janhvi, Ishaan, and director Sharan Sharma had also surfaced on the internet, which piqued the curiosity of Dhadak fans. Janhvi and Ishaan recently marked the 4-year anniversary of Dhadak by posting fan art and old images on their social media accounts.

Janhvi will now be seen in the film Good Luck, Jerry. In addition, she has Mili and Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. Ishaan will be featured in Phone Bhoot with Katrina Kaif and Siddhant Chaturvedi. It will be released on November 4, 2022.
