Ananya Pandey was among them, and her dress drew criticism for being too close to supermodel Kendall Jenner’s classic Met Gala 2021 ensemble. When it comes to fashion, Ananya never disappoints her followers. She was likewise stunning last night in a sequined, floor-length transparent gown. The actress wore her hair in a bun and diamond studs with her gown.

Kendall wore the transparent, off-the-shoulder gown at the Met Gala in 2021. Her Givenchy gown had a plunging neckline and jewel-encrusted tassels over the shoulders.

While some praised her sparkly attire, others chastised her for imitating Kandall’s Givenchy look.

This is not the first time Ananya Panday has been caught imitating the Kardashians. Ananya lifted a sentence from Khloe Kardashian’s reality programme, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, for fans of the 2020 OTT’s Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives.

Recently, the actress was seen in Shakun Batra’s Gehraiyaan. Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Dhairya Karwa also appeared in the film. She will then make her debut in South cinema with Liger, co-starring with Vijay Deverakonda. She is also working on Kho Gaye Hum Kahan.
