Sheezan Khan was granted bail by a court on Saturday. The actor and Tunisha co-star was arrested late last year for alleged suicide facilitation and was placed in judicial custody. According to a leading portal, Vasai court granted Sheezan Khan bail on a Rs 1 lakh surety bond. He is also required to present his passport.
Sheezan stated in his petitions that having a relationship and breaking up are normal aspects of life, and thus he cannot be held liable for Tunisha’s death.
Tunisha (21) was found hanging on the set of the tv serial near Vasai in Maharashtra’s Palghar district on December 24, 2022. Sheezan, her co-star, was arrested a day after her death after the late actress’ mother accused him of aiding suicide and claiming that the actor ‘used’ her daughter.
