Dhanush’s Father reacts to Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s decision to patch

Chennai: Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajinikanth, who announced their split in January of this year, are currently in the news for patch rumors. According to multiple reports, the couple decided to call off their divorce and reconcile four months after announcing their separation. Kasthuri Raju, the actor’s father, broke the silence on the patch rumours.

Dhanush’s father, veteran director Kasthuri Raja, responded to Dhanush and Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth’s rumours. Kasthuri was asked about Dhanush and Aishwaryaa’s alleged reconciliation during an interview on the YouTube channel of the Tamil-language weekly magazine. He refused to respond directly, saying that he and his wife only wanted their children to “be happy.”

Since the couple announced their separation, Dhanush’s and Aishwarya’s fathers, as well as superstar Rajinikanth, have been attempting to reconcile them. Dhanush married Aishwarya Rai, Rajinikanth’s eldest daughter, in 2004. Yatra Raja and Linga Raja are the estranged couple’s two sons.

While announcing their separation on social media earlier this year, Dhanush and Aishwarya asked that people respect their privacy.

 “18 years of togetherness as friends, couple, as parents and well-wishers to each other The journey has been of growth, understanding, adjusting and adapting… Today we stand at a place where our paths separate… Aishwaryaa and I have decided to part ways as a couple and take time to understand us as individuals for the better.
