Somy Ali: The women you abused will come out one day and share their truth

Somy Ali was one of the biggest actresses in the ’90s and acted alongside Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt in several films. The actress had quit the Hindi film industry about 20 years ago, but she still manages to make headlines now and then for her humanitarian work. After quitting showbiz, she now focuses on her NGO for domestic abuse survivors.

Recently, the actress has penned down a cryptic note on her social media handle warning the ‘Harvey Weinstein of Bollywood’ that he will be exposed!
Somy Ali uploaded a still from a Bollywood song, showing the silhouettes of two actors and also tagged Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the post.

Here is what Somy penned,
“The Harvey Weinstein of Bollywood! You will be exposed. The women you abused will come out one day and share their truth. Just like @aishwaryaraibachchan_arb.”

Well, Somy Ali clearly didn’t hint why did she pick up this picture to send out the warning.

For the unversed, during the 90’s, the actress has always grabbed headlines for her relationship with Salman Khan. Their affair was not hidden from anyone.
Not only this, she also grabbed limelight back in 2018, amidst the #MeToo movement in Bollywood. Somy came out to show her support to the brave women and also shared her own sexual abuse story.
