Anupam Kher starrer The Kashmir Files declared tax-free in Madhya Pradesh

After Gujarat and Haryana, Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files gets tax exemption in Madhya Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday declared the film ‘The Kashmir Files’ tax-free in the state, stating that the film needs to be watched by maximum people.
He further said that the film is a heart-wrenching narration of the pain, suffering, struggle, and trauma faced by Kashmiri Hindus in the 1990s.

“Movie #TheKashmirFiles is a heart-wrenching narration of the pain, suffering, struggle, and trauma faced by Kashmiri Hindus in the 90s,” Chouhan wrote on his Twitter handle.
“This needs to be watched by maximum people, hence we have decided to make it tax-free in the state of Madhya Pradesh,” he stated.

Vivek Agnihotri, who belongs from Madhya Pradesh, retweeted the CM’s tweet and expressed his gratitude. “Both Pallavi Joshi and I are from Madhya Pradesh. And the kind of love and support that has come from MP for #TheKashmirFiles is overwhelming. Thanks a lot @ChouhanShivraj ji. You have always given priority to common people. You are a true Mama ji,” he tweeted.

Directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the film has managed to impress the audience with its powerful content.
The film also stars Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi among others in pivotal roles.
