Akshay Kumar is one of the busiest actors in Bollywood, and has an interesting line-up of films ahed. After the debacle of his recent outing Prithviraj, the actor is now gearing up for Aanand L Rai’s Raksha Bandhan.
While the film is on the cusp of release, details of his next film are already floating. This film will mark his second outing with director Ranjit Tiwari. However, the details about the title of the film are still not clear. If reports are to be believed, earlier titled as Mission Cindrella, flick is now renamed as Kathputli. Reportedly, this film will release on the OTT Platform on 2nd September.
The film revolves around the child kidnapping racket, much like the 2018 popular Tamil psychological crime-thriller “Ratsasan” (2018). It also stars Rakul Preet Singh in a pivotal role.
Apart from this, Akshay Kumar also has Amit Rai’s Oh My God 2 (OMG 2), Abhishek Sharma’s Ram Setu, and Raj Mehta’s Selfiee in the pipeline.
