China has fired missiles near the Indian border

Beijing: Tension between China and India over border dispute is not taking name. The ongoing negotiations to resolve the dispute between the two countries are also going on, but meanwhile the Chinese Army People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has fired missiles quite close to the Indian border. In Ladakh, mountains rocketed due to continuous shelling from rocket locker. The intention of this Chinese exercise is said to create psychological pressure on India. While releasing the video of the exercise, China’s official newspaper Global Times claimed that 90 percent of the new weapons were used in the exercise.

Global Times said the exercise was carried out by the Tibet Theater Command of PLA. This maneuver is being done at an altitude of 4700 meters. The video of the maneuvers released by Global Times shows that the Chinese army attacks with the help of drone planes. In the video, the Chinese army is seen destroying an entire mountainous area. Global Times claimed that 90 percent of the weapons and equipment involved in the practice are brand new. It is believed that the Chinese newspaper has released this video to create pressure during the India-China talks.

Significantly, despite several rounds of talks between India and China, no solution has yet been found for the Ladakh deadlock. Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has said that the deployment of large number of Chinese troops along the border is in complete contrast to the agreements reached in the past. In such a situation, when the soldiers of two countries are present in tense areas, then the same thing happened on 15 June. Jaishankar said that this behavior not only affects the conversation but also spoils the 30-year relationship.
