A special NDPS court authorised the release of star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s passport, which was in the hands of the NCB. This me as Aryan can freely travel abroad. Previously, the star youngster was not permitted to leave Mumbai due to his bail restrictions.
Lawyer Sandeep Kapur, who was part of Shah Rukh Khan’s legal team for Aryan, told a leading news portal, “One of Aryan’s bail conditions was that he shall not leave the country without prior permission from the Special Judge for NDPS at Greater Mumbai.” In addition to releasing his passport, Kapur stated that the court has cancelled Juhi Chawla’s Rs 1 lakh bail bond.
In response to these encouraging developments for Aryan Khan, the lawyer stated, “The NCB reply on Wednesday means that this chapter is now closed for Aryan. The return of his passport and cancellation of the bail bond means that he is now free.” The Narcotics Control Bureau also cleared Aryan Khan and six other people in the cruise case.
Indeed, senior lawyer Amit Desai, who represented Aryan in court, stated that the NCB’s clean chit and statement in court – that Aryan is not an accused – signifies that this chapter is ended for him. “This is not a discharge application, but ultimately it is a discharge from the case only, ” Desai said, as per reports.
