Joe Alwyn graced the red carpet with Co-star Margaret Qualley

The Stars at Noon, starring Joe Alwyn and Margaret Qualley and directed by Claire Denis, is presently screening at Cannes 2022. Alwyn and Qualley looked lovely as they posed together on the red carpet for the premiere event, wearing dazzling ensembles.

Joe Alwyn, who recently appeared in the series Conversations With Friends, strolled the Cannes red carpet in a smart ensemble consisting of an off white jacket, a black shirt, and black slacks. Margaret Qualley, his co-star, was also dressed in black, donning a floor-length gown. The next film by the team is based on Denis Johnson’s novel.

Taron Egerton was set to star in The Stars at Noon, however he was later replaced by Alwyn. Joe looked good in his Cannes 2022 appearance, while fans were sad that his fiancée Taylor Swift was not in there to cheer him on. The actor recently spoke about his connection with the singer and explained why they wish to keep it quiet. He also responded to rumours of the couple’s engagement with an ambiguous response that said,”If the answer was yes, I wouldn’t say. If the answer is no, I wouldn’t say”, reports.

In Alwyn’s new project, the actor will play an English businessman, while Qualley, who received critical acclaim for her portrayal in OTT’s limited series Maid, will play an American journalist.
