Mumbai| Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif married last year on December 9 in Rajasthan, and their dreamy wedding and pre-wedding photos went viral on social media. They are without a doubt one of the most adorable and talked-about couples in Bollywood’s tinsel town. While Vicky and Katrina’s fans have always showered love on their romantic photos, they have expressed disappointment that the couple has not shared screen time together.
According to a report in a leading portal, the couple has collaborated on their first project together, granting the wish of Vicky and Katrina’s admirers. The report said that they shot their first advertisement together on August 29th, and they even shot for it in Mumbai. Vicky and Katrina’s commercial was reportedly shot behind closed doors at Mehboob Studios in Bandra, Mumbai. Previously, both Vicky and Katrina were offered numerous films together but chose none.
The practise of ad filmmakers signing up couples for commercials is not new and has been around for quite some time. Commercials have also been done by Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, and Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
Meanwhile, both Vicky and Katrina have an interesting slate of films coming up. In Govinda Naam Mera, he will be seen. He also has a role in Laxman Utekar’s untitled film with Sara Ali Khan. Vicky will next appear in Sam Bahadur and Anand Tiwari’s untitled film.
Katrina, on the other hand, has upcoming roles in Merry Christmas, Tiger 3 with Salman Khan, and Phone Bhoot with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will also appear alongside Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa.
