On Saturday, Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty was hurt while filming his web series ‘Indian Police Force’ in Hyderabad.
During the production at Ramoji Film City on the city’s outskirts, the director suffered a hand injury. He was taken to Kamineni Hospitals, where he underwent minor surgery. He was eventually released from the hospital.
Rohit Shetty was injured during filming a vehicle chase action, according to reports. He was instantly taken to Kamineni Hospital by the production team. Minor surgery was done by a team of physicians.
A Statement from Rohit Shetty’s Spokesperson reads, “Rohit Shetty has got some minor injury on his fingers while executing an action sequence for his upcoming web series Indian Police Force last night. The injury was immediately treated. And, he resumed his shooting shortly after the incident.”
The ambitious cop web show is now under production at Ramoji Film City. For the crucial schedule, a massive set is believed to have been built.
The filming included automobile pursuit sequences as well as other high-octane action and stunt scenarios. The shoot includes Sidharth Malhotra, who portrays the primary character in the OTT drama, as well as other major performers.
Sidharth Malhotra was injured while filming ‘Indian Police Force’ in Goa in May of last year. Both Rohit Shetty and Sidharth are debuting in web series. Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty both play important parts in the programme.
