Ranveer Singh becomes neighbour to SRK and Salman Khan, buys a new luxury quadruplex flat in Bandra

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh paid Rs 119 crore for a sea-view luxury quadruplex flat in the super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham on Bandstand in Mumbai’s affluent Bandra neighbourhood, making it one of the most expensive acquisitions in the country for a single residential property.

Aside from being a straight sea-facing property, it is also located on the same stretch as Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s Galaxy house and Shahrukh Khan’s mansion Mannat.

The apartment, which spans the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the tower, has a total carpet space of 11,266 square feet and a 1,300 square foot unique terrace. The transaction is priced at more than one lakh per square foot, in keeping with current property pricing in the area.

Singh purchased the apartment through Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, which is run by Singh and his father, Jugjeet Sunder Singh Bhavnani. The company paid a total of Rs 7.13 crore in stamp duty for the deal, which was completed through two distinct agreements.

The transaction agreements between Singh and seller Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP were filed on Friday, July 8, according to papers retrieved by Indextap.com. Ranveer will get exclusive access to 19 parking spaces in the building as part of the agreement.

Since his debut in 2010, Singh has been one of the highest-paid and busiest actors in the Hindi cinema business.
