Mumbai: The Oscars of 2023 will have Deepika Padukone as one of the presenters. The actress made her participation in the 95th Academy Awards ceremony official on Thursday.
Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Samuel L. Jackson, Jonathan Majors, Michael B. Jordan, and others are on the list of presenters for the Oscars in 2023. The actress received many congratulations, and her hubby, Ranveer Singh, added clapping emojis to the comments section.
Three Indian movies have received nominations for Oscars: RRR’s Naatu Naatu in the Best Music category, All That Breathes in the Best Documentary Feature category; and The Elephant Whisperers in the Best Documentary Short category.
We also know that the ceremony will feature a live performance of RRR’s Naatu Naatu. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR were rumoured to join the performance, but the former stated that there are no such plans.
On March 12, 2023, the Oscars will be hosted in the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles (March 13 at 5.30 a.m. IST).
