Jimmy Sheirgill praises his debutant co-star, says ‘It’s not easy to play a role which Hritiqa was portraying’

Jimmy Shergil recently received positive response for his appearance in police-drama thriller Operation Bollywood. The flick featured debutant Hritiqa Chebber alongside him.

Jimmy Sheirgill heaped praises for his Co star Hritiqa, who played the role of a psychiatrist in the flick.

In a recent interview when asked about Hritiqa’s debut as an actor Jimmy quoted, “It’s not easy to play a role which Hritiqa was portraying in this film. Her character involves loads of layers and there’s a lot going on internally. She had to portray a role in where she had to do her duty on one side as well as live in present and handle the situation on the other. I think as a debutant she has done a fantastic job. It came out naturally from her as she’s also handling a crazy fan following on social media which is amazing.”

The film which released on 24 March also stars, Ankur Bhatia, Vedieka Dutt, Hritiqa Chheber, Sneha Singh, and Anjali Sharma. Revolving around a police detective in London Met police, who in his illustrious career, the only case that he could not solve was “Operation Mayfair”; about a mysterious serial killer which looks quite promising. Operation Mayfair is based on a real life incident which took place in London.
