Garima Vikrant Singh on Nushrratt Bharuccha’s role “I don’t understand why women can’t talk about these concerns

Garima Vikrant Singh (Garima Srivastava) is an Indian actress best known for her role in Gustakh Dil as Saraswati. She made appearances in shows such as Choti Bahu Season 2, Phir Subah Hogi, Rahe Tera Aasheervad, and others. Recently, Garima made it to the news for her role in her upcoming show “Nirmal Pathak ki Ghar Wapsi”. The show will be streaming on a leading OTT platform. The actress will be seen playing the role of Bua in the show.

The actress told Absolute India News that she was captivated by the show’s narrative and couldn’t pass up the opportunity as a Bua. When discussing the issue of untouchability and other taboos in our culture, the actress stated, “We need to encourage education.” Education is the only weapon capable of eradicating these issues. I believe it will take years to tackle these problems at its foundation.”

“Not just untouchability, but things like discussing sex and menstruation are still regarded terrible in our society, and we really need to combat this,” she continued. The actress also commented on the fact that there is a shift in the sort of series that the industry is producing since there is a need for educational series to educate people about the fundamentals of living.

Garima commented on the trolling actress Nushrratt Bharuccha suffered, “I don’t understand why, according to society, women can’t talk about these concerns when they are basic.” People must realise that you cannot discriminate against us based on our gender. It is our right to talk about whatever we choose. I believe that parents should teach their children the right things.
