Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh are recently on a spree to promote their upcoming film Cirkus. The film also has a cameo appearance by Deepika Padukone. The film’s first electrifying song was launched amidst the presence of media at an event today.
At the event, filmmaker Rohit Shetty made a surprising announcement. Rohit and Deepika earlier collaborated in 2013 for Chennai Express. When asked about the two reuniting, Rohit Shetty said, “The next film from our production is Singham. While people are curious to know about the entry of lady police in the cop universe, here I introduce Deepika padukone as the First Lady cop!
At the event, while Ranveer opted for an all black outfit, Deepika Padukone was seen in pink attire.
Talking about cirkus, the film features Ranveer Singh in a double role and the story of Cirkus takes place in the 1960s. It also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde in pivotal role.
