Mumbai| Salman Khan Starrer Bhaijaan, which was formerly titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is getting into hot water time and again for some or the other reason.
If recent reports are to be believed, last year it was suggested that Bigg Boss 13 runner up Asim Riaz will be joining Salman Khan as his on-screen brother in the flick. However, now that the film has gone on floors, he is not a part of it.
Asim, who carved a niche for himself post his stint in Bigg Boss 13, took to his social media and shared a cryptic note. In the note, he mentioned about an “influential” personality from the industry for making a “fake” movie promise and using his name for publicity.
The note read, “My father was promised a movie project from an influential personality from the industry. More than 1 year they used my name for the hype of the project, all the big media publications spoke about it and confirmed it, all I want to say is all the fake promises won’t make me feel down.”
He continued, “The pressure and anxiety they have given me will never make me stop doing what I am doing right now so mujhey apney tour se duniya ko jeene de.’
That’s not all! Asim’s girlfriend and Punjabi singer Himanshi Khurana has also shared a cryptic tweet now. It reads: “Listen to the silence. It’s telling the truth.” After he shared the note, netizens were quick to guess that he is talking about Salman Khan and his upcoming movie Bhaijaan.
On the work front, Asim is keeping his fans entertained through rap music videos, with the latest track being Jeene De.
