Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has pledged Rs 1 crore towards development work for Anganwadi children, as well as adopting 50 Anganwadis, according to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The news comes after Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Twitter earlier today that he will hold a rally on the streets to collect things for Anganwadi children with public support.
The MP CM had asked everyone to help with the “punit prayas,” or noble endeavour, in any way they could.
