The Indian Film Industry commemorated a memorable day on November 20 as the 53rd International Film Festival of India (IFFI) began with pomp and fervour in Goa on Sunday.
Anupam Kher plays a classic scene from Saransh in front of live audiences at an IFFI Masterclass on acting on the fifth day of the festival. The actor receives a standing ovation from a delighted crowd in a packed theatre.
The actor demonstrates how he prepared for the emotional scenario. Before rehearsing the scene, the actor recalled times when he used to sleep on sidewalks and people would kick him, which made him sad, and then he recited lines from the film.
The IFFI is a nine-day film festival that started on November 20 and will end on November 28.
