Visakhapatnam :  The City police shifted Akhil Sai Venkat, an accused in the murder of a 17-year-old girl, to the Central jail on Tuesday. Venkat, a law student and resident of Chittinaidu colony, had allegedly slit the girl’s throat after a heated argument with her on Sunday. The girl bled to death.
