Contestants Shweta Warrier, Mukul Gain and Paramdeep Singh sizzled on the stage in the Judges Challenge on India’s Best Dancer

Mumbai : Sony Entertainment Television’s India’s Best Dancer is ranked among the most talked-shows on television for its power-packed content and unique talent. This weekend, the show extends a warm welcome to the dance gurus and content creators – Remo D’Souza, Salman Yusuff Khan, Punit J Pathak, Sushant Pujari, Rahul Shetty and Abhinav Shekhar, who have brought a new wave of dance and inspired many people. This weekend, the audience will witness the judges’ challenge set by Geeta Kapur, Terence Lewis & Malaika Arora, and dance battle between contestants, along with many dance moments and fun banter by the hosts.

The competition is getting tougher and the appeal for the audience to vote for their favourite contestants has begun. All contestants are working hard to bring something new to the stage each week to be able to win the coveted trophy of India’s Best Dancer. This weekend, as per the Judge’s call, the choreographers have taken a backseat as the contestants get paired with each other.

Contestants Shweta Warrier, Mukul Gain and Paramdeep Singh performed together as a trio on the song – ‘Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai’ and presented one of the best acts of the show. For the first time, all three judges stood up in between the act and cheered for them as the act was spellbinding and the judges were left speechless.

Geeta Kapur said, “Every moment of your act was outstanding, well thought of and you guys did it so beautifully. It is not easy to perform in a trio; you must justify each person and you three did a fantastic job.” Malaika Arora said, “I don’t have words to say to you guys. You guys have justified judges’ challenge truly and have blown my mind, you performed without props, and there was nothing but pure dance. Brilliant! How did you guys manage to show chemistry between three people, how? Mukul Gain is already a finalist and I think the rest two, Shweta and Paramdeep, should fill the spots.” Malaika further added, “I feel so proud that Shweta is a part of this show”.

Guest Remo D’Souza said, “All the comments from the judges are absolutely correct. I loved the performance. Firstly, Choreographers, outstanding job. As a choreographer myself, I am saying that whenever I see these choreographers do such amazing work, I get jealous of the fact that why couldn’t I think of something like that. Shweta, you are fantastic.” Remo also did his iconic gesture and said, “This is it!” Everyone on the show was so impressed with this act that Geeta Kapur suggested an impromptu performance between Shweta and the guests Salman and Punit on the same track – ‘Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai’. The act was magical and as Malaika called it ‘Unreal’. Last but not the least, all the three judges – Geeta Kapur, Malaika Arora & Terence Lewis along with the guests Remo & and his entire team performed on ‘Disco Deewan’ and did the famous hook step.

Tune in to India’s Best Dancer this weekend at 8pm only on Sony Entertainment Television, and vote for your favourite contestants to see them as finalists on the show.
